Important payment information for our patients

From Thursday, the 1st of October 2026, we will transition to a fully cashless payment system.

This change follows upcoming changes to Australia’s card payment rules and will help us streamline our payment processes while providing a simple and convenient experience for our patients.

Accepted payment methods

From 1 October 2026, we will accept:

• Credit and debit card payments
• Direct Debit

Cash payments

We will no longer accept or hold cash on our premises from 1 October 2026.

We encourage all patients to ensure they have an alternative payment method available when attending their appointment.
