For 15 years Troy has travelled the world as the Australian Surf Life Saving Team Physio and has been to some of the worlds best beaches in this role. He has also been the team Physio for the Kelloggs Nutri-Grain Ironman and Ironwoman Series for the past 15 years.

Nick has published research into shoulder pain in surf athletes, musculoskeletal screening for talent identification and hydration of international travelling sporting teams. Nick has won Australian Physiotherapy Association award for outstanding contribution for Qld. He has also been the International Lifesaving Representative on the International Olympic Committees Athlete Charter Program as well as Venue Medical Manager at the Commonwealth Games 2018 on the Gold Coast. Nick is the current Physiotherapist for the Australian Surf Lifesaving Team, the Samoan Rugby League Team and on-field Physiotherapist for the National Rugby League (NRL) referees at all Broncos, Titans, Queensland-based Test Matches and State of Origin games.

Josh is a Doctor of Physiotherapy, Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Accredited Sports Scientist. He has a special interest in sports and musculoskeletal injuries. Josh loves to set out a rehabilitation plan from start to finish with his clients and works to achieve the criteria he sets for progression. He is a big fan of "hands on treatment" and mechanotherapy to induce tissue change and resilience. Josh has spent many years working for Brisbane and Gold Coast sporting teams in Rugby League and Union, AFL, Soccer and Cricket. He is also heavily involved in the world of Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) as both a competitor and Physiotherapist. What did you want to be when you grew up? A bobcat driver!

Kate is our Womens Health Physiotherapist. Womens Health cover physiotherapy assessment and treatment, relating to: Bladder and bowel health and function - urgency, incontinence i.e.leakage of any kind, from mild to severe, occasional or frequent, and any bladder or bowel emptying; Prolapse and the conservative management associated with pre and post gynaecological surgeries; Pre and post pregnancy care - from pelvic floor, tummy separation, back and pelvic girdle pain and returning to normal activity; Sacroiliac Joint (SIJ) and Pelvic Girdle Pain; Kate is able to perform internal prolapse and pelvic floor muscle examinations when this is required.

Teagan is a 3rd year Sport and Exercise Science student at Southern Cross University and has recently graduated from Q Academy College. Earlier this year Teagan was working for elite sports massage Australia where she treated teams such as the Gold Coast Titans, Brisbane Roar and the Melbourne Storm. Teagan has been heavily involved and competed in a wide array of sports, including Surf Life Saving for 15years. More recently she has competed for Tallebudgera surf club in surf boats! Teagan has experience in treating a vast range of injuries & all types of body issues & will tailor a treatment to suit the needs of her clients.

Mikaela graduated from James Cook University Cairns in 2014 with a Bachelor of Exercise Science before continuing on her studies to complete her Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2015 from Townsville. Mikaela grew up in Cairns with family enthusists about sport. She quickly learned to love sport and exercise pretty quickly playing soccer, track and field and figure ice skating. Over the years of continuous injuries, Mikaela developed and interest in health and fitness. Whilst completing her first couple years of Exercise Physiology in Townsville, Mikaela obtained clinical and gym experience in a broad range of settings, including cardiac, musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilation, pilates and diabetes clinics.

Elissa van Bodegraven trained at the Massage School of Queensland completing a Diploma of Remedial Massage. She has been treating clients for 11 years and works closely with Physiotherapists, Personal Trainers & Dieticians. Over the years Elissa has worked with a range of clients from the elite athlete to the first time athlete to the over worked office worker. She has come across many different muscular problems including fibromyalgia, chronic back pain, shin splints, & rotator cuff injuries to name a few and can advise and treat on these conditions. Elissa is a member of ANTA, holds a Blue Card, is fully insured and can provide a health fund rebate.
