Dr Carly Hupfeld, born and raised on the Gold Coast, earned her Biomedical Science degree before graduating from Griffith University’s Medical School in 2010. She completed her residency at Logan Hospital and Greenslopes Private Hospital, later working at various GP clinics in Brisbane before returning to the Gold Coast.

As a dedicated GP, Dr Hupfeld has a strong interest in Paediatrics and women’s health. Her passion for children led her to specialize in Tongue-tie Surgery (Frenotomy) for Ankyloglossia, Tongue Tie babies, Lip Tie, and Tongue Tie release, alongside Child Circumcision, Child Foreskin Removal, and Childrens Foreskin Surgery. With precision, she offers comprehensive care for Tongue Tie baby and young patients.

Trained at a leading Brisbane clinic, Dr Hupfeld has honed her skills over the past decade, becoming a respected figure in the medical community.

Outside her practice, Dr Hupfeld assists in surgical theatre at Gold Coast Private Hospital and Pindara Private Hospital, with experience in Orthopaedics, bariatric, ENT, breast, endocrine, and general surgery. Her focus remains on obstetrics and Gynaecology, often assisting in caesarean sections and laparoscopic surgeries.

A mother of three, Dr Hupfeld balances her career with family life, bringing empathy to her Tongue Tie surgery and circumcision consultations. She offers judgment-free, holistic care tailored to each family’s needs.

Based on the Gold Coast, Dr Hupfeld serves the community with expertise in Tongue Tie babies and Childrens Foreskin Surgery, delivering specialized care locally.
