On behalf of the doctors and staff at Medical on Miami, Burleigh Cove and Burleigh Cove Respiratory Clinic, I would like to wish you and your families a wonderful Christmas and a happy new year.

As 2020 comes to an end we look forward to 2021 . From what I have been told it appears that Australia will begin vaccinations against Covid 19 around March/April 2021!

The past year has been extremely challenging for all. Both medical practices had to adapt to the challenge of Covid in the community.

Speaking to friends and family around the world, we Australians should be proud of how we have risen to the challenge. Thank you all for doing your part in keeping everyone safe.

I offer my extreme gratitude to the administration and nursing staff to their dedication and hard work over the past year.

The past year has seen both practices grow. Dr Lyndsey Kabat joins the team at Burleigh Cove and Dr Ken Cameron, Dr Jim Abrahams, Cliff Battley Psychologist and Lisa Strauss Dietician/Naturopath have joined the team at Miami. All bring a wealth of knowledge and experience for the benefit of our patients.

In 2021 I look forward to working in partnership with our Allied health team to improve the health of you and your family .

Thank you for your support over the past year. We hope 2021 brings you much health and happiness.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

What a year! While we have all navigated as best we can through 2020, I am reminded of the incredible spirit offered each day by our staff and doctors.

We are so proud to service our local Gold Coast community and have been inspired by the resilience and care taken to make it through such a trying time.

We have learned so much this year.
The one major thing I would like to take into this New Year is the power of connection and the importance of community.

Thank you for being such an important and vital part of ours.
We look forward to helping you on your wellness journey in 2021.
