No, we would love to introduce you to our Talented team of professionals, please feel free to book an appointment today.
AI - How does it work?
How does it work? It’s a bit like going ‘hands free’!
Like the outdated Dictaphones, GP’s can focus on YOU instead of typing on the computer! The scribe records the conversation and creates notes for the GP. The GP copies the notes into the file, like all other regular appointments.
Do you store recordings? No.
Consultations are transcribed simultaneously while they happen, which means nothing is ever stored. In fact, the recording does not even have your personal details, because it’s ONLY a recording.
Do I have to give consent? Yes & No!
No – you NEVER have to agree to using the scribe. You can say “yes” one time, and “no” another time.
Yes – if you decide to agree to use it, you MUST say yes. The GP will record your consent.
Do you have undercover parking?
Yes we sure do! And a handy lift and easy access for patients who require assistance (we pretty much have a red carpet rolled out just for you…just quietly…).
Do I need a referral?
Not if it’s an appointment with one of our GP’s for a regular consultation. If you have any questions feel free to get in touch with our friendly reception staff.
Appointments:
Did you know you can book your appointments online? Simply click the button prompts on our website Life – threatening emergencies are always dealt with promptly.
Appointments are always preferred, as accommodating patients without one can often be very difficult.
If you require more time at your next visit, please advise our receptionist so suitable time can be given to you or your family.
After Hours & Emergency:
In the case of life-threatening emergency please call the ambulance on 000. All other after-hours issues (after 5pm) that are non-life threatening please contact National Home Doctor Service on 137425.
